FAZO provides truck dispatching and carrier back-office support, including load sourcing, rate negotiation, documentation support, and referrals to factoring and other third-party service providers. FAZO Services Inc. is not a motor carrier and does not operate as a licensed property broker; all transportation services are performed by the independent carrier under its own operating authority.

3. Carrier Responsibilities

As a carrier working with FAZO, you remain solely responsible for maintaining active operating authority (MC/DOT), insurance, safety compliance, and all applicable federal and state regulations. FAZO's assistance with authority and compliance paperwork is informational support only and does not substitute for legal or regulatory advice.

4. No Forced Dispatch

FAZO does not require you to accept any load. You are free to accept or decline any load we present, and to end your relationship with FAZO at any time, subject to any separate written agreement you may have signed with us.

5. Fees and Payment

Any dispatching fees, commission structure, or factoring arrangement will be described in a separate carrier agreement or invoice. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding quote, rate agreement, or offer of a specific load.

6. Third-Party Services

References to brokers, shippers, or factoring partners on this website are provided for convenience. FAZO does not control and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, rates, or services of independent third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and our services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the availability of any particular load, rate, or freight volume.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FAZO Services Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our dispatching services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
